Mickey here at DREAM wants to give you guys an update on how things have been happening in these past few months. We have been overwhelmingly thankful for your support in the last few months. The changes we have been able to make in the mental health space and the lives we’ve been able to change truly make such an incredible impact on our day-to-day basis, and we have you all to thank.
We are always beyond transparent with you all.
As you may know, supply chain lines and shipping times have been greatly affected by the different variants of COVID-19, which has put quite a strain on our processes. We have been working around the clock, speaking to our vendors constantly to help make this process as fast and seamless as possible. Please know we are dedicated to getting you your order as soon as possible and will continue to do so. The second thing we want to touch on is our products.
At DREAM, we are always dedicated to giving you a one-of-a-kind piece of clothing at exceptional quality, and with that comes some drawbacks. Almost everything we do at DREAM is custom made, cut, and sewn, which means excellent quality, but usually, a little longer time for processing and production. We are constantly innovating to find new ways of creating products efficiently, but this may explain some of the delays on restocks.
Please keep an eye on Product pages for any updates on restocking and ship dates.
With that being said, in March, we will be slowing down drops a bit to focus on restocking and fulfilling your orders. We will still have new drops happening in March, but it will be at a lower rate, meaning less quantity of different items. You may not see the same number of drops from us, but we will be working just as hard to make sure we can get caught up and get ahead for the rest of the year. We will also be introducing a “DREAM Best Sellers” section in the store that will feature our most popular and sought-after products and clothes and will ALWAYS be in stock. No waiting on restocks, no backorders; we will make sure this store section will always have what you may want.
We have been working extremely hard, and I could not be happier to have the team at DREAM; we operate as a family, and with that comes some challenges we all must face.
Due to the harassment and many remarks made toward our customer service team, we will be posting a few fewer updates about “ETAs” on restocks. We love keeping you guys in the loop, but it seems every time we post a scheduled delivery date as a possible reload, people, seem to think that is set in stone. We do not control when DHL or UPS or whomever it may deliver us our products, but we have always tried to stay transparent with you all.
We will update product pages with ETAs and estimated restocks or reships. You will be seeing fewer tweets and posts regarding it as the harassment has taken a toll on our customer service team. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for everything you do.
