Purchased items will be shipped from Los Angeles within 7 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 1-2 days. Please allow up to 1 week (business days) from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA ONLY).
If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order delivering (USA), please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or @DreamHQSupport on Twitter and provide your order number.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition. A return can only be initiated (1) one time for each original order number. Sorry, we currently do not accept double returns (returning an item that you received by exchange.) Your original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Promotions may never be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotions that deal with a free gift over a certain amount of money does not include shipping, taxes, or any other fees outside of purchase price. If you were to get a prize with promotion your order can only be returned if the prize is returned with it.

Our current partners are the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
In the last year we have helped also pay for more than 3,500 therapy sessions.
When your order is processed you will receive an Order Confirmation email. When you receive this email, it means your order is being bagged up and getting ready to go, it does NOT mean that your package has left our facilities. Your tracking will show "Pre-Transit."
It takes us about 24-48 business hours to ship your item if it is in stock and not on backorder. Please check all product pages to know the status of the item.
