Below are some of the common questions we get at DREAM.
Purchased items should be shipped from Los Angeles within 14-21 business days of the order, although it can be sooner than that if it is not an exclusive design or a collab. At the time of purchase, we will specify at the time of release if it is an exclusive item, or if the item is back-ordered for longer than the initial 2-3 week period. Please allow 5-7 business days from the original ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA ONLY).
If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks of your order shipping out (USA), please e-mail support@dreamclothinghq.com and provide your order number for an update.
For international orders, the standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks from the date your order has shipped, but it may take longer. USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however, a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery. D.R.E.A.M. Clothing is not responsible for any customs fees that may be associated with your order. D.R.E.A.M. is also not responsible for any international shipping delays, such as customs delays, and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. We do our best to make sure your fees are not as high as other brands.

When your order is processed you will receive an Order Confirmation email. When you receive this email, it means your order is being boxed up and getting ready to go, it does NOT mean that your package has left our facilities. Your tracking will show “Pre-Transit."
USPS picks up at unspecified times. Meaning that if your order was confirmed on one day, it might have been packed after USPS already picked up, in which case it would go out the following business day.
Please note, during high volume seasons, your order may show "Pre-Transit" for longer than expected as the USPS truck may only hold a certain amount of packages before it hits capacity, and your package may have to wait in line to get on a truck.
We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. If you have an issue with your delivery, re-delivery, or missing mail, you must contact the shipping carrier and refer to your tracking number. D.R.E.A.M. Clothing is not responsible for the re-delivery of packages or missing mail. If your order is marked as delivered and did not arrive, you must file a claim with the carrier for missing mail using this link and they will take care of you. If your package was undeliverable and returned to sender, please contact us so that we can re-ship it to you. If there was an issue with your address, we may need you to provide an alternate address.
We now offer DREAM Package Protection at checkout which can help you with package insurance and tracking to offer you a much better experience!
For most cases, we do not accept cancellations on orders after they are placed, but if you need to change your size or address, please email us and we will update the information if the order has not shipped.

If you purchased the DREAM Package Protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If the add-on protection was not purchased at the original time of checkout, returns will not be accepted.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note: if items smell of perfume, are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they will not be valid for return and no refund will be issued. Returns and exchanges are accepted 7 days after the date of delivery as marked by the carrier of the package.
Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed.

Exceptions
Some items may not be eligible for returns. This includes returns outside of the 7-day window, sale products, items that have been opened or used, any item not in its original condition or packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We are currently unable to issue free returns for international orders. Any items purchased on sale or with Loyalty Points are non-refundable. All accessories of any kind are non-refundable.
Mystery Bags of any kind are non-refundable.
D.R.E.A.M Clothing does not currently offer free international returns and exchanges. If you would like to return or exchange an item that is eligible, an address will be provided for you to ship your items to.

All sale items are considered a final sale and only defective or damaged items will be considered for full refund or exchange.
Promotions may never be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotions that deal with a free gift over a certain amount of money does not include shipping, taxes, or any other fees outside of purchase price. If you were to get a prize with a promotion your order can only be returned if the prize is returned with it.
Mystery Bags of any kind are non-refundable. An item can only be returned one time - if an item is exchanged, the replacement item cannot be returned again.
If you placed an order and did not use a discount code you will not be able to use one after. We do not price match deals but if you contact us via social media or e-mail at support@dreamclothinghq.com we will do our best to provide you a discount on your next purchase if applicable.
We use all-natural, ethically sourced, sustainable fabrics, using only eco-friendly suppliers and manufacturing processes in all our designs. Our clothing is proudly made in *WRAP-certified factories. All printing, dying, and shipping are done in Los Angeles.
*Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) is the world’s largest factory-based certification program for manufacturers of clothing, footwear, and other sewn products. The WRAP program certifies facilities for compliance with the 12 WRAP Principles which assure safe, legal, and ethical manufacturing processes.
