FAQ'S ABOUT SHIPPING, & DELIVERY TIME
SHIPPING (Where's My Order?)
Purchased items will be shipped from Los Angeles within 14 business days of the order, although it can be sooner then that if it is not an exclusive design or a collab. We will specify at the time of release if it is an exclusive item, or if the item is backordered for longer then that 2 week period. Please allow up to 1 week (business days) from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA ONLY).
If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order shipping out (USA), please e-mail email@example.com or @DreamHQSupport on Twitter and provide your order number.
For International orders, standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks from the date your order has shipped, but it may take longer. USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however, a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.
D.R.E.A.M. Clothing is not responsible for any customs fees that may be associated with your order. D.R.E.A.M. is also not responsible for any international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. When your order is processed you will receive an Order Confirmation email. When you receive this email, it means your order is being boxed up and getting ready to go, it does NOT mean that your package has left our facilities. Your tracking will show "Pre-Transit."
USPS picks up at unspecified times. Meaning that if your order was confirmed on one day, it might have been packed after USPS already picked up, in which case it would go out the following business day.
Please note, during high volume seasons, your order may show "Pre-Transit" for longer than expected as the USPS truck may only hold a certain amount of packages before it hits capacity, and your package may have to wait in line to get on a truck.
What Happens After My Item Ships? (USPS)
We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. If you have an issue with your delivery, re-delivery, or missing mail, you must contact USPS and refer to your tracking number. D.R.E.A.M. Clothing is not responsible for re-delivery of packages or missing mail. If your USPS package is marked as delivered and did not arrive, you must file a claim with USPS for missing mail using this link and they will take care of you.
However, we now offer Route at checkout which can help you with package insurance and tracking to offer you a much better experience!
If your package was undeliverable and returned to sender, please contact us so that we can re-ship it to you. If there was an issue with your address, we may need you to provide an alternate address.
Can I Cancel My Order?
For most cases, we do not accept cancellations on orders after they are placed, but if you need to change your size or address, please email us and we will update the information if the order has not shipped. Email: email@example.com with your order number.

You acknowledge, by your use of the site, that your use of the site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of our site, and that dreamclothinghq.com shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this site.
D.R.E.A.M. Clothing Return/Exchange Policy
We know sometimes things don’t always go to plan and want to ensure you have a great experience with any products or orders from D.R.E.A.M. Clothing. The below Returns and Exchange Policy outlines when and how we can help ensure you receive what you are after.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within a 14 day window from the original purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition, and packaging that you received it. Some goods may be exempt from being returned such as sale items, items purchased with a discount code, and exclusive/limited time drops. A return can only be initiated (1) one time per each original order number. Sorry, we do not accept a double return (returning an item that you received by exchange.) Your original shipping cost will not be refunded. To start your return, go to http://dreamclothing.returnscenter.com.
International Order Return/Exchange Policy
D.R.E.A.M Clothing does not currently offer free international returns and exchanges. If you would like to return or exchange an item that is eligible, an address will be provided for you to ship your items to. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for further information.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All sale items are considered a final sale and only defective or damaged items will be considered for full refund or exchange.
Some items may not be eligible for returns. This includes returns outside of the 14 day window, sale product, items that have been opened or used, any item not in its original condition or packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We are currently unable to issue free returns for international orders. Any items purchased on sale or with Loyalty Points are non-refundable. All accessories of any kind are non-refundable. Mystery Bags of any kind are non-refundable. An item can only be returned one time - if an item is exchanged, the replacement item cannot be returned again.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will gladly issue you a refund on all items returned within the 14 day window so long as they are unworn and unwashed. Once we receive your return, we will notify you on the status of your return and next steps. All approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card within 3-5 business days of the package being delivered back to our warehouse. We cannot ship cash or check refunds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you believe your refund has not occurred correctly, or you have not seen the refund within 14 days of being notified of your approved refund, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
All shipping costs associated with purchases are non-refundable.
Promotions may never be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotions that deal with a free gift over a certain amount of money does not include shipping, taxes, or any other fees outside of purchase price. If you were to get a prize with promotion your order can only be returned if the prize is returned with it.
If you placed an order and did not use a discount code you will not be able to use one after. We do not price match deals but if you contact us via social media or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org we will do our best to provide you a discount on your next purchase if applicable.
