We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the day you receive your product. To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition. If the package is opened and tried on we will charge a 10% restocking fee. A return can only be initiated (1) one time for each original order number. Sorry, we currently do not accept double returns (returning an item that you received by exchange.) Your original shipping cost will not be refunded. You will be responsible for covering return shipping and can select either refund or store credit. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Some items may not be eligible for returns. This includes returns outside of the 14 day window, sale items, and any item not in re-stock eligible condition. Any items purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-refundable. An item can only be returned one time - if an item is exchanged, the replacement item cannot be returned again. Special items like mystery bags are also non returnable.
We will gladly issue you a refund on all items returned within the 14 day window as long as they are unworn and unwashed. Once we receive your return, we will notify you on the status of your return and next steps. All approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of the package being delivered back to our warehouse. If you believe your refund has not occurred correctly, or you have not seen the refund within 14 days of being notified of your approved refund, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Promotions may never be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotions that deal with a free gift over a certain amount of money does not include shipping, taxes, or any other fees outside of purchase price. If you were to get a prize with promotion your order can only be returned if the prize is returned with it.
We will not add a promotion after your order was made. If you order the item again we will cancel the item that you used a promotion on and honor the original order. Please do not make double orders in order to get by this, it is against our terms.
If you placed an order and did not use a discount code you will not be able to use one after. We do not price match deals but if you contact us via social media or e-mail at email@example.com we will do our best to provide you a discount on your next purchase if applicable.
